Spaghetti bol & meatballs

So this is my healthly spag bol & meatballs.

Ingredients:

Extra lean mince less than 5% fat
1 onion
Lazy garlic
Oregano
1 egg

500g of passatta I get really cheap one frm asda in a box.
200g of spaghetti
Mixed herbs

So I made this for me my boyfriend and my 1 year old son and it was delicious

Firstly I made my meatballs so I broke up my mince in a bowl added 1 egg a finely chopped onion and a tsp of oregano I then mixed it all together in the bowl and made 11 bigish sized balls 1 for my little boy and 5 each for me and mike

Then I sprayed fry light into my griddle pan (you could always grill them) and cooked the balls.

Once the balls were brown I transferred them into a pan and added my passatta sauce some mixed herbs and my lazy garlic you can ad more onion if wanted and I cooked it on high for about 10 mins then left it to simmer for about half an hour so it was nice and thick

Then while the sauce is cooking I boiled my water for my pasta and started to cook that after about 20 mins from when I put the sauce on and cooked till it was soft. I cooked 200g of pasta for the 3 of us you can cook as much as you like but I read 75g is normal for 1 person so I judge from that. :)

The when all cooked I serve and put a pinch of parsley on top to garnish but again thats optional.

It was nomalicious! :)
